Understanding Challenges

Auna aimed to evolve its Home Hospital platform through focused improvements in functionality and patient care. They needed both a maturity evaluation and hands-on development and QA for smarter interactions, smoother processes, and scalable impact.

Solutions and Activities

Our engagement with Auna’s engineering team began with a maturity evaluation of the Home Hospital platform, allowing us to identify development priorities and align on milestones.

Our work covered patient registration, notifications for users across the platform, and the integration of a POC Coverage Map with Alexa voice functionality—designed to enhance care experiences, particularly for patients at home.

Our team deployed code across testing, QA, and production environments, delivering technical documentation, regular sprint updates, and transparent progress reports. We used SCRUM methodologies, participated in all ceremonies, and supported continuous discovery to refine the scope as the platform evolved.

Results and Achievements

Our collaboration with Auna enabled the Home Hospital platform to grow in stability, functionality, and user experience. We provided not only tangible outputs but also meaningful alignment with Auna’s long-term vision.
