In order to enhance the client’s engineering workflow, we integrated a team of experts, prioritizing collaboration, and team training. We began by partnering with them to design and implement a tailored QA strategy aligned with their engineering processes.

We created comprehensive test suites for seven applications, including automated test suites for two key front-end platforms and coverage for five APIs. We partnered closely with development teams in stand-ups, guiding their automation journey while focusing on shipping new features.

Recognizing the importance of self-sufficiency, we embarked on a mission to empower their internal team for long-term success. We provided training on building test suites, running regression testing, and automating tests. This transfer of practical knowledge equipped them to own and maintain their automation processes going forward, enabling sustained value.
