Givebacks aimed to establish and professionalize their Quality Assurance (QA) function to enhance their software development lifecycle. We assembled a dedicated QA team, bringing together experienced functional testers and a technical leader, to design and execute a roadmap for transformation. This effort began with a focused 30-day assessment and strategy planning phase, which laid the foundation for a structured 90-day action plan.

Through this comprehensive approach, we crafted a detailed functional testing roadmap to identify key gaps and untapped opportunities, with actionable recommendations for test case management and automation. With a solid foundation in place, the next steps include building out automated test coverage in mabl, the leading low-code automation platform.

Building on this, we designed and implemented robust QA processes, accompanied by thorough documentation to boost consistency and long-term applicability. To maintain transparency and foster collaboration, we created detailed QA reports, providing a clear overview of progress and actionable outcomes.
